Les Roulailleurs

Cajun music drawn a lot of its inspiration from the black zydeco-lala and blues music. In Louisiana, in the past, white and black people lived together in the bayous and had fun with dancing music. At that time, there were no musical categories like presently, they didn't call it Cajun or Zydeco. Everything was mixed together, a kind of musical gumbo, played with all the instruments they kept on hand and with the various influences of white, black or half-caste people, Indians, Creoles, etc.
The “Roulailleurs”  took out the cooking-pot and prepared for you a nice little menu to enjoy while dancing.
