Our association has the role to promote, for the inhabitants of Jouars-Pontchartrain, twinnings with various countries.

The association was born to receive their fiends of Hammond (Louisiana), in Fall 1998. In 1999 Louisiana received the Chartripontains in its turn.

In 2004, our friends of Cella (Aragon) joined also our city.

Of these twinnings, many exchanges, visits and signs of friendship created fraternal bonds.
